The Tripling (Updated)

From the revolt in Tripoli to the earthquakes in Trinidad, Colorado and D.C. here in the United States, patterns of 3's have been emerging everywhere recently.

On Friday 8/19/11 I woke up to news that Libyan rebels were advancing on Tripoli. 

It was weird because I'd just had an extremely vivid dream all about 3's, so I tweeted about it:

Apparently the rebels overcame Gadhafi's forces by advancing on the city from THREE sides.

Soon I noticed a definite pattern of news stories containing "triples".

Later the same day on Friday 8/19/11 the West Memphis Three (James Baldwin, Damien Echols and Jessie Misskelley Jr.) were freed from jail on a plea deal. 

The three men served 18 years in prison following their convictions in 1993 for the TRIPLE-slaying of three 8 year-old boys.

Next came the Dougherty siblings.

Police chased these two brothers and their stripper sister on a crime spree across Florida and Georgia.

On Monday 8/22/11 the Doughertys were charged with 76 criminal counts.

Of course 7x6=42 is a telltale Jupiter sync marker.

Interestingly the Dougherty siblings were captured in Pueblo, Colorado.

On Monday night 8/22/11 a magnitude 5.5 earthquake struck near Trinidad, Colorado (about an hour south of Pueblo). 

In Spanish the word Trinidad means "most holy Trinity"—another "triples" sync. 

On Tuesday 8/23/11 a 5.9 magnitude earthquake struck near Washington D.C. and Virginia.  (Note: the quake was the 3rd strongest for this area in recorded history. The area's last quake was a 3.6 magnitude in July 2010).

If we combine the magnitudes of both the Colorado and D.C. quakes we get 5559, which can be expressed as Triple 5's (555) and Triple 3's (333, since 9=3x3x3).

The D.C. earthquake cracked the top of the Washington Monument which happens to be exactly 555 feet tall.

The damage to the monument is a strong mirror sync to the cancelled NBC TV show The Event (Episode 15 - Face Off). 

On "The Event" aliens destroyed the Washington Monument as a final warning to humans.

When their warnings go unheaded, the aliens create earthquakes and storms on the East Coast of the U.S. (see my previous post "The Arrival"). 

The episode's title "Face Off" also links to Wayne Hershel's theory that the Washington Monument represents the "Face" of a Vitruvian Man figure overlaying D.C. (see my previous post for more info).

More sync winks: 
- Highway 33 runs through the area where the DC quake hit. 
- The tremors also caused exactly 3 pinnacles and 3 finials to break off of the National Cathedral's middle tower.

Later the night of Tuesday 8/23 in San Francisco a 3.6-magnitude (6=3+3, so another triple 3 sync) rattler raised the count up to 3 U.S. earthquakes in 3 days.

On top of all that, weather trackers predict Hurricane Irene is headed for the same general D.C.-Virginia area.

I wish I could tell you what these patterns mean.

What I believe is that they are reflective of whatever is happening to us—the Earth, our collective conscious—on a higher dimensional level.

The Number 3 embodies the idea of completeness—beginning, middle, end. In biblical terms it also often signifies the completion of a waiting period.

In my dream this was shown to me very clearly, but I always have a hard time remembering dream details once I wake back up into this dense existence.

Then again I like what Jake Kotze (@Seallion on Twitter) tweeted last week about the ideas of Transconceptualism and meaning:

We'll never completely understand Sync. 

It should be enough for us to know that something which we can not see fully from our current vantage point IS happening in alignment with a Natural flow of which we are a part.

Maybe Shakespeare was thinking about triples when he wrote the famous line...Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow:

"Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow,
 Creeps in this petty pace from day to day
 To the last syllable of recorded time,
 And all our yesterdays have lighted fools
 The way to dusty death. Out, out, brief candle!
 Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player
 That struts and frets his hour upon the stage

 Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,

I'm going to try to start keeping a dream journal.

Nostradamus, the Vitruvian Man, and a Message of Hope

As promised...here is a Nostradamus prophecy that confirms the existence of the Vitruvian Man/Pleiadian star map layout in our nation's capital.

(Perhaps also indirectly reinforcing my theory of the same topology surrounding the location of the Arizona Massacre).

The Original Quatrain:

Feet and hands bound between two boats,
Face anointed with honey, and sustained with milk:
Wasps and flies, paternal love vexed,
Cup-bearer to falsify, Chalice tried.

---Century 6, Quatrain 89, The Book of Nostradamus

Notice that (Feet and hands) = 10 fingers + 10 toes = 20. 

And a visual of a person with their feet and hands tied between two objects looks like Da Vinci's Vitruvian Man figure and a Roman Numeral 'X' (X = 10).

Putting the numbers 20 and 10 together gives us the year 2010 for this prophecy. 

[UPDATED 1/30/11:]

To confirm the year 2010, Nostradamus also encoded it mathematically both in Binary (Base 2) and Base 13.

In Binary, the Quatrain's first line can be written as 1010 1101 111.  However, Binary is read in sections of four digits from right to left.  So, we would rewrite it as 111 1101 1010 which equals 2010 in Binary.

In Base 13, the phrase "Bound Between two boats", can be written as BB8.  BB8 = 2010 in Base 13.

Nostradamus was also making a reference to Washington, D.C., and his use of the Vitruvian Man imagery indicates that he was well aware of the figure's incorporation into the city's layout (see my post and Wayne Hershel's website).

Using Wayne Hershel's maps, we can see the "Face" corresponds to the Washington Monument Obelisk.

The 2nd line of the Quatrain is:  

Face anointed with honey, and sustained with milk

The Face/Obelisk is anointed with honey by means of the line on the map connecting it to the graves of our military heroes at Arlington National Cemetery. 

Via this line, Ganymede, the mythological Cup-bearer to the gods, is symbolically anointing the Face/Obelisk with honey [where "honey" symbolizes the ancient Army of Thebes (Thebes=The Bees)].

The Obelisk is also sustained with milk (milk=MLK). This is a reference to the MLK Memorial, the new monument to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. located at the edge of the Tidal Basin (literally on W. Basin Drive) that feeds/flows toward the obelisk.

The MLK Memorial does not officially open until 8/28/11.  However, its centerpiece, a massive 28-foot granite "Stone of Hope" sculpture of Dr. King, first became visible to the public in December 2010. 

This event gives us Nostradamus' time frame for the prophecy (12/2010).

The 3rd and 4th lines of the Quatrain are:

Wasps and flies, paternal love vexed,
Cup-bearer to falsify, Chalice tried.

In these lines, Nostradamus uses a trick to let us know which words are important and which words are simply used to fill the sentence. 

The "filler" words in each sentence are actually synonyms of each other: "Lies" means "to falsify", and "Vexed" means "tried".

After the filler words are deleted we are left with:

Wasps and paternal love

Cup-bearer, Chalice

The phrase "Wasps and paternal love" is a reference to the Sacred Band, an army in ancient Thebes (Thebes=The Bees=Wasps) that was comprised of only male lovers.  

"And if there were only some way of contriving that a state or an army should be made up of lovers and their beloved, they would be the very best governors of their own city, abstaining from all dishonour, and emulating one another in honour; and when fighting at each other's side, although a mere handful, they would overcome the world." ---from Plato's Symposium

This also relates to Ganymede who, in addition to being the Cup-bearer, was also a Greek symbol for the ideally beautiful youth and homosexual love.





Zeus (in the form of an Eagle) fell in love with Ganymede and took the boy away to live on Mt. Olympus.  Synchromystically, this is a link to the U.S. (the Eagle) and to Jupiter (one of its moons is named after Ganymede).

When the Sacred Band was slaughtered at the Battle of Chaeronea, a Giant Lion Statue was erected as a monument to them in Thebes.

In modern times, this correlates to the Bronze Lions at the Netherlands Carillon in Washington, D.C.  The Lion statues overlook the graves of slain soldiers buried at Arlington National Cemetery.

The soldiers of the Sacred Band were honored for their heroic service.  This is Nostradamus' way of alluding to the repeal of the U.S. Military's Don't Ask, Don't Tell law (DADT).

President Obama signed the repeal of DADT on December 22, 2010.  This re-confirms the 12/2010 time frame for the prophecy.

As we have learned by now, Nostradamus always embeds multiple meanings into his prophecies.  This one is no exception.

The word "Face" in the Quatrain can also be a reference to the Tarot by alluding to the Face Cards (the Major Arcana/Court cards).

The Tarot de Marseille features the Temperance Card and the Star Card:

The Temperance Card, XIV, depicts a woman with two cups in her hands. She has one foot in the water and one foot on the land.  It is a reminder that a compromise between two seemingly incompatible options is often the best option, i.e. an old saying that relates strongly to our Quatrain---"it's easier to catch flies with honey".

The Star Card, XVII, also depicts a woman with two pitchers in her hands.  It represents a moment of renewed hope for the future, a breakthrough, a new opportunity to rise to higher state of consciousness.  In the Fool's Journey, the Star indicates that we are approaching the goal of Enlightenment.

If we combine the numbers of both Cards we get XIVXVII. 

Note: The middle X is bound between two V's.  The V is the symbol for cups/boats.  Therefore the X (human figure) is bound between two boats.

Based on these Tarot clues, we can re-interpret the last three lines of the Original Quatrain to read as follows:

The Anointed One held two chalice in his hands

And, patient as a loving father,
He sustained the flying wasps

With milk and honey

Dropping the first letters from the words "flying wasps" gives us "lying asps", or lying snakes.  And in previous posts (here and here) I showed how Nostradamus refers to President Obama as "The One".

I believe this is referring to Obama's techniques of patience, moderation, and compromise in dealing with members of Congress (many of whom I personally would characterize as "lying snakes"). 

This was especially true in December 2010 when the President got DADT, the START Treaty, health care coverage for 9/11 workers, and the tax cut bill passed in a lame duck session of Congress.

Overall, I think Nostradamus in this Quatrain is sending us a message of Hope across time. 

He foresaw the strides we would make in achieving equality for ALL, both through the eradication of DADT and in electing a black president---each culminations of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s precious dream.

Somewhere, somehow I'd like to think the prophet is cheering us on from the Great Beyond.

Nostradamus believes in us.  Now we just have to believe in ourselves.

Soundful---a Synchronistic Word Game. Wanna Play?

Recently I've been toying around with the idea of how Egyptians did not use vowels in their written language. 

I also pondered the phenomena that the human brain can automatically fill in blanks and rearrange the order of words in a sentence to arrive at the most logical combination of words.

If you're a regular reader of any Synchromystic blogs you see that type of thing all the time.  Words, letters, and numbers are flipped and rearranged to reveal astonishing truths, i.e. SON/SUN, RATS/STAR, THORN/NORTH, STARMY/ ST. MARY (just to name a few of Jake Kotze's word flips).

This led me to meditate on the Power of Words.  One word can contain the information for an entire concrete concept in an audiovisual and emotive format.  That's why the Bible states that the world was created by the Logos or Word of God. 

It's also why visual representations of a company's brand name (created in its image) are called "Logos". (see Logos: The Divine Word of God)

Vowels are a modern addition of convenience by scholars trying desperately to decipher hieroglyphs (Nefer is actually Nfr in ancient Egyptian).

In English you can also remove vowels from sentences and still retain most of the meaning. 

Our brains automatically fill in the missing vowels in sentences like: “Th qck brwn fx jmps vr th lzy dg", replacing incomplete data with familiar concepts.

Similarly, in Hebrew, Arabic, and other Semitic languages vowels are not used in word roots.  Instead, word-stems (roots) are combinations of consonants, which in most cases are unchangeable.

I find it quite interesting that in both Hebrew and Arabic the root word MLK means King.  Today we still associate MLK with the concept of King due to its common usage as an abbreviation for U.S. civil rights leader Martin Luther King, Jr.

Conversely, perhaps one reason King's message of freedom was able to penetrate our hearts and minds is precisely because his name subconsciously resonated an age-old concept already buried there via these ancient languages.

In this sense it's clear that often Names, Titles, and Symbols associated with a person or object are not simply identifiers;  They may also be representations of the character traits of the person or object. 

This was a concept well-understood in ancient times, but often lost in Western thought (see Ancient Hebrew Word Meanings).

For Synchromystic purposes, I've coined the method of interpreting the character of a word Soundful, an amalgam of the phrase "Sound Full of Feeling". 

This name embodies the fact that the visual representation of a word is inexorably linked to the Sound and the Feeling it invokes in the reader.

Answer:  U.S. Spin Doctor
Interpretation:  Larry King was a Spin Doctor for the United States.

In that example, I used Soundful to analyze the symbols (glasses and suspenders) famously associated with Larry King. 

In the following Example, I used it to analyze his actual name:

Object:  Larry King
Visual:  His name
Symbology:  Larry King
Word(s):  LARRY KING
De-vowel:  LRRY KNG
Concepts:  Lore, Liking, Yarn (to spin a yarn), You, Your, RR=2R=To, King
New Word(s):  LORE, LIKING, YARN, YOU, YOUR, TO, KING
Answer:  You spin lore and yarns to your King's liking.

The answer can be interpreted the same as in the first example---Larry King was a spin doctor for his king (the U.S. Government).

Maybe this is crazy weird and only makes sense to me, but I've been having a lot of fun with it and have even revealed some pretty awesome ideas in more important areas.
